i got my new wheels and tires from wheel max on sat from mr ups,i was so happy until i opened the boxes,i ordered white deep dish with a machined lip,they are constructed beautifully,,,,but when i looked closer i noticed three out of the four rims were slightly tinged ,like a off white ,the one rim is bright white and the rest are dull finish.i called the company on sat but the sales man said i have to call customer service on monday i cant sleep ,,i hope they overnight the new replacements to me,,,did anybody ever deal with this company before ,,i hope they send me new rims overnight because i waited long enough for these to arrive,if not i will send them all back and buy somewhere else-----help i need input :?:

 

Relax... there's nothing you can do until Monday anyway. They shouldn't have f*ed up your order, but it's a business, tell them what went wrong and ask what they are going to do to service you as a customer, which would be at the very least to send you some new rims, maybe not overnight... but you should still push that they do that for you. But really, after your order has already been messed up, overnight shipping isn't going to help really vs. anything else, you are still stuck with mismatched rims that you can't use for the moment!

Sorry to hear the messed it up though, I was hoping to order some white ones as well!

*edit* Oh yeah, and why are you trying to sleep at 10 o'clock? Even worse if you're on the West Coast!

 

i have to wake up for work at 4 in the morning,i work at a golf course ,and work starts at 5:30--hour drive--ps.all of the workers i work with make fun of the xb ,they say it's a golf cart,and they ask me if i can make it up a hill,,lol

 

Tried cleaning them?

 

If they say it's a golf cart, I say take it out on the course then! You could probably get some beautiful pics of your car on the rolling hills...
