Default Scion Security System

Hey guys, I won a Scion Secutiry System (xB) today from the SE One Year Anniversary event. After talking to the guys there, they mentioned the install is pretty much bolt-on. Now my question, does anyone know if Scion/Delalers offer an instructons guide for the install?

I dunno, but I got it installed when I got my xB. It is a really crappy system in all honesty, I need to have mine re-adjusted still, just need the time to do it.

The alarm does go off when someone pulls the door lock, and it does save me $52 a year on my insurance, and it has a pretty red light, that blinks. $500 I could have spent a lot better.

But when you get it free, theres really nothing for me to complain about. If I'd paid $500 for it i'd prolly feel the same way.

Back to the topic, anyone know the install to the alarm?

Is selling the Scion Security System & buying a real ALARM an option?

Yea, the only thing the scion security does is when I press the alarm button it goes off....other than that, my car would be totally jacked before the alarm noticed anything wrong.
