Security System: Ignition controlled door locks Viper 800ESP
I have a Viper 800ESP installed in my RS 4.0. It works great except for one annoying thing. The 800ESP features an "Ignition Lock Safety Output." This feature delays the ignition controlled door locks until a ground is removed from the control wire. I have used the E-brake lever switch because it provides the perfect signal for this feature. However it works intermittently. My theory is that the key sense ability of the OEM door locks prevents it from working after a certain period of time elapses. If I take off the brake immediately after startup, it locks like it should. If I wait any longer than a second or two it generally doesn’t work. I can hear the relay of the alarm clicking to send the ground lock signal when I release the brake; therefore I know there isn't bad signal or connection. I have used the blue/white (lock) yellow/black (unlock) found behind the drivers kick panel for my door lock control. (I use a double unlock pulse.) They are the wires that test when the key cylinder is turned.
Does anyone know what might be happening?
If anyone needs Security, Remote Start, Audio or accessory wiring white sheets, let me know I can get them for almost any vehicle.

I considered the brake switch but it has a positive signal, I could complicate it with a relay to change the polarity, but as I stated in the original post, I can hear the lock signal relay on board the alarm clicking. That tells me that the alarm is getting the signal, but the car fails to respond.
