Can anyone reccomend a good installer for Sunroofs in either Ga, Al or Fl. I will drive to where ever. I just want a good quality job. If anyone has Pics that would be great, I was thinking of Webasto, but the shad dosent look that great. Any other options?

 

I am thinking of getting a sunroof as well, but just wondering what style are you going for the kind that opens and looks like a spoiler or the factory style that slides in the roof? I have a place here in SC that does the spoiler type for 950 and the factory style for 1150 and 2 days for either. But I want one that is factory but also opens to vent.

 

Yeah, i'd like the Factory Style, that could vent, but venting isnt that big of a deal. I really would like to get the kind that is auto close/open, but I dont think holding down the button would kill me lol

 

A lady that got a sunroof installed at the place I will hopefully go for mine was at the local Scion Grand opening along with reps from the sunroof place. Well I asked about auto open and hold button open and they said all their sunroofs are auto open and close. well we went to her car and you have to hold the button. I will make them guarantee me that it will have an auto open and close feature

 

i got a sunroof put in before i got my xb. the dealer sent it to someone that works only for dealers but mine slides inside and opens up just on the back side. the company that makes the sunroof is "SolAir" according to the manual they have 4 models, 5200, 5300, 5400, and 5500.

also it is just a one push button. i really like it. i would ask around and see who carries that company. plus i dont know if it is a warranty from SolAir or if its just the guy who put it in but it is the same warranty as my xb
