Default Thinking about getting an Xb

I went to check out the Xb and once I saw it and test drove it I fell in love. I'm realllly thinkin about going back to get it. For those of you that do have it have you been happy with your purchase?

I really like the fact that its different and kind of rare right now. But if they stopped manufacturing it in 2-3 yrs would it be harder for me to sell/trade-in/get repaired?

I dont' regret it - it's a unique car that gets you lots of attention Plus, it's very useful.

You wouldn't have to really worry about parts if they stopped making them, because almost all of the mechanical parts are shared with the xA and Toyota Echo, the latter of which will probably still be around Another positive is if they do stop selling them, resale value will pretty much be capped off and stay pretty high because the market is not flooded with them (but demand also has a lot to do with it, if nobody wants them, then this will not hold true).

My advice - ask for an extended test drive to solidify any decisions you're going to make.

Just ordered one today. Wife liked it as soon as she saw it. She was unsure about it with the pictures. In person it looks great.

I test drove another one yesterday LOL. I'm still debating it cuz this will be my car for at least the next 3 years If I get it and I just wanna make sure it'll be a good purchase.

For those of you that have one is this your main vehicle?

It will be my main vehicle as soon as I sell my 88 Corolla.

I am very happy with my xB so far; it's a lot of fun to drive and looks great. Picked it up on 2/3/04.
