Default Thinking of selling...Price?

I'm thinking of selling my 06 xB.

Purchased new June 2006. The car has been stored inside and never seen snow.
About 6500 miles. TCM. 5 speed. Options are: Cruise, exhaust tip, rear bumper applique, XM factory option, dual Webasto power sunroofs with sunshade, 15" aluminum wheels, 3M clear bra, Echo rear shocks (still have original), Boomerang arm rest.

This car looks absolutely new. Never smoked in and no kids. Synthetic oil since 1000 miles changed every 4500 miles.

I love the box but I'm buying a mini van to carry more passengers and have the ability to tow a trailer.

Anyone know what price I should ask? I'm thinking in the neighborhood of $13,500.

I see them for more on dealer lots still. 13,500 is a great price.

13,500 is a really good price, especially with the sunroofs.

WANT! WANT!

My wife would stage a rebellion if I got rid of our Camo box for a silver one . . . but it still might be worth it! That is one SWEET looking xB!!

I think $13,500 is low; start closer to $15K, methinks. But what do I know???

^ That's a good point... you should be able to get 13,5 easy. Start higher and see where it goes.

If you want to sell it fast, it's a good price. I think you could get 15K pretty easy too...Low miles, clean, popular accessories...Hey, you might as well pocket a little more money if you can.

Well the time has come.

I'm going to put the xB up for sale today. I've purchased a minivan due to the need to tow. I was going to purchase a cheap pickup truck, but insurance costs prohibit this.

Asking $14,250.

Since I don't have enought posts to list here on the classifieds, I'm posting on Craigslist in the Detroit MI listings.

I'll greatly miss the box.

Big difference between the redneck pickup and the cool xb. What made you make such a big change?

Well everyone. Sold the box.

New owner has friends that own boxes. He went to see the new xB2 and did not like the Element styling or the higher price/lower fuel economy.

He's been on Scionlife so the box will stay in the "family".

I'd like to say I'm really going to miss the box, but necessity dictates other needs ( finances come into play as well).

My first new car at 39...Maybe some day I'll own one again.

Signing off.......
