I was washing my xB today and decided to wipe out the area around the fuel compartment. I noticed that in the insert, on the left where the hindge is for the fuel door, inside wasnt painted! If some others can open their fuel doors and take a peek to see if theirs is painted or not, i would greatly appreicate it.

 

i dont believe mine is either...not painted well behind taillights either

 

Mine's painted... or at least I think so... I think I know what you're talking about. :oops:

 

hmm..well inside of my fuel cap door is painted...although not glossy. it's just matte paint...

i have the BOP and the inside of the fuel door is just flat blue.

 

Mine is painted. It's flat also.

 

same here, not glossy but still painted a little.

 

if it bothers you, take it to the dealer and show em the cheap ___ poor quality paint job and demand they fix it, or if it doesn't leave it alone.

i'd personally take it back.
