where is the best place/cheapest to get them?

http://www.rockblocker.com is where I got mine. Blue overlays and have held up extremely well from constant rock/dirt battering them on I-95.

I just wanted mine mainly for rock protection. It's about 1/16 inch thick vinyl so the rocks just bounce off of it and the overlay forms back smooth.
