Default Tokyo Auto Gallery - bB

this is being covered by Nihon Car and Bike. they have pics and a HDTV clip of the bB in the full link.
--------------------------------------------

"There are 2 cars stading out from the compact crowd in Japan nowadays, the Mitsubishi I (that we tested over here) with its dazzling looks and excellent handling on city roads, and the Toyota bB (more info on this car over here) that looks very nice too and has been designed for the youngsters that like to move in a stylish way and with the potential of having a driving disco in their possession.

It's obvious that these 2 vehicles were going to be at the rendez-vous at the Tokyo Auto Gallery, and it's the bB that creates the biggest buzz at this car show. It's present in various disguises, and the model that really caught our attention was parked on Toyota's booth. Just like the Mitsubishi I by Ancel (more info: Pimp my Mitsubishi I by Ancel), Toyota present a bB aimed at the female market. they asked a bunch of women to redesign and redecorate the interior of the "Boon Box" bB. The result is remarkable, with shiny rocks surrounding the speakers, the dashboard and the logo. There are also new seats and new fabrics used on the inside. It's kinda hard to see on the pictures, but the stitching on the seats are actually fluorescent and light up in the dark. Mitsubishi and Ancel actually created the first Girl Power Car, but Toyota gives women a choice now with this modified bB!"

I like the new bB. It looks like an evolutionary step from our boxes. I will pass final judgement when I see the xB replacement........

I'm loving the Mitsubishi i by Ancel. I don't guess that's going to be a very popular sentiment around here, though...
