Sorry to break it to you but there's a reason that there was NO change. Those things are a joke. If they really had that much effect on a vehicle, manufacturers would build them into their intake systems. Do you know what kind of R&D CarMakers do in regards to gettting the best fuel economy as well as power out of an engine? They have minimum average MPG that they need to get across the range of cars they make. Half the reason they sell cheap little econo cars is to balance out that average on the big gas-guzzlers. The first electrics and hybrids were a loss financially but saved them on the MPG side.

Do you think these tornadoair guys did any research specific to your car?

id think they did the research specifically on air intake and combustion. it would make sense that air spinned and mixxed better when entering the chamber would get you better combustion and more efficient fuel burning. thus a slight increase in HP and MPG. might even do a tad to emissions. at least it makes sense to me

I don't see how this would work. Say I installed this right in front of the throttle body. Now, air that comes in gets (booming echo) "Tornado-ized!". After passing the throttle body with this twister air flow, the intake ports take a hard right along the length of the intake. This perfect whirlwind air flow is going to be disturbed into a messy air flow before it can even make it to the combustion chamber which means, no more "whirlwind power."

Second of all, this Tornado thing is an obstacle. It's going to create resistance to the airflow coming into the engine. I'd imagine the engine would run better with more air than with a restricted air flow.

I think it's just a worthless gimmick.

I think it would be more beneficial on a car with a carb. . . don't see much of a point for a car with fuel injection.
