I just got a call today (8:00am) saying that my pament was late, but I have every payment scheduled to be made on the seventh of everymonth, and I know that I have enought money in my account, so what is going on, has anyone else had any problems with them?

 

havnt had a problem with it but i like the fact that they call the next day to make sure everything is alright...i was late on one payment and they called to remind me instead of just lettin it go and chargin me fees or whatever they do

 

I went through a credit union instead of toyota financial. saved a ton on APR

 

Problem is, they didnt call me the next day, they called me almost a month later! It would have been nice if they would have called me the next day. Who do you have to know to get a call like that?

 

I went to check my bank account that my car payment comes out of, I was suprised to find my payment hasn't come out yet. When I called toyota it turns out that at the turn of the new year the Jan payment became scheduled for January 2004 not Jan 2005

 

Hey thanks, maybe that is what happened, but they didnt tell me anything like that, they blamed it all on me, like I was stupid, explaining really slowly how their site worked and stupid sh%t like that, I mean, I'm f#(king 19, I know how to run a computer, oh well. I should probably just get over it huh?
