Not to my knowledge. AEM does not include bypass filters when shipping intakes to dealers. They are sold separately. I know my company (Out of Hand Customs) does include one with all CAI orders even if it it isn's an AEM but we bill them separately. Correction....ALL XB AND XA AEM INTAKES COME WITH THE BYPASS VALVE...i dunno bout other cars
