has anyone installed the trd short shifter? are there any hidden screws or any installation secrets i should know?

 

It's pretty straight forward. Just remember that the metal spacers go under the plastic shifter housing (between the housing and the car)...not above. The instructions that I got didn't have any reference to the spacers so I have to find out the hard way. Also, it would be agood idea to grease the moving parts while you have it apart.
