Mine was. Read all the posts and print them off. The dealer will order the wrong parts.
They will order a $35 silencer instead of the whole muffler. Unfortunately, I don't have the
part number. I my case it didn't even help to tell them not to order the silencer. They
did it anyway.

My car is lowered +/-2" and supercharged and I had no issues from the dealer about that
stuff.

well just got back from the dealer and they said it will be covered under warranty, but it took some convincing from me

i came in and told him and he tried to tell me that it was from backing into something, but i quickly shot that down, and explained the whole RS2.0 package deal, and the exhaust. Then explaind how it has happened to numerous other RS2 owners and that i could run home and print it out for him. He said it was okay, then i went and showed him the 3 separate cracks int the tip and he pointed out the heat damage to it, so all in all it wne twell, the guy was nice and it should be replaced within 1-2 weeks.

I made sure they ordered the exhaust, and not the silencer, i gave him the paper scion gave us with the manul when we purchased it and hopefully they ordered the right one, so that this wont burn the bumper

Default RS 2.0 exhaust

I just gave mine a good looking over at the offending area. So far so good. But I did notice that the weld is not very beefy (looks like they didn't use hardly any filler rod), which can lead to cracks. I have welded my share of stainless (31 years in Industrial maint.), and have seen what happens to thin welds over time.

that is so wierd. out of all the places it could crack. maybe the scilencer is too heavy?
I hope i don't have that issue. I guess i can get it re welded next time i'm under the car to avoid having to go to the dealer if i notice any exhaust leaks in that area

I bought a DC Sports Axle back exhaust and installed it myself, worked gret for 6 months then the tip fell off. I am contacting DC Sports to hopefully get replaced.

look around in your manual, there should be a paper, there for the exhaust, i brought in that paper and they ordered the right one. I would get you the part #, but my xB is back at home and i wont see it for a week
