Default Trying to hook up my sirius satilite to the aux/sat input

Ok yall,
I have 04 xb with the stock stereo (that pioneer scion box radio)

1> my delima,
I have it tuned in through the fm modulater that is in the portable sirius unit. Big problem is i get tons of static ,it fades in and out and half the volume that i get with he cd player or radio. not that fun to listen too somtimes!

2> I have a sirius starmate 4 w/ the car kit. It has a 2.5 or 3.5 audio out plug in the back of unit.they provide a cord that plugs into the unit & the other end is a standard right and left male audio plug ins.

3> Is there or has any one made a plug that will fit into one or both of the 2 extra plug in spaces on the back of the head unit that i can play my satilite radio through the aux/sat ?
i did contact the dealer and they want over $100 for the kit for satilite but dont think that will work and dont want to pay that much .

I KNOW SOMONE HAS A TRICK OR A PLUG OR SUM-FIN

Reply/recommendations

1. Sirius is sending a better modulator for radios with bad reception (I believe its free, just need to call their Customer Srv)

2. You could buy the attachment from TRDSparks or someone for IPod control from your HU - only the 06/06.5 has the actual stereo headphone jack that you could plug the sirius into (that I've been using)

Dang $165.50 (ouch)
http://www.trdsparks.com/displaypart...&parts_id=1203

3. Don't buy the OEM satellite, its crazy expensive and you could get an aftermark HU and radio for the same price or a tad more

After searching around for the same type of thing (even w/ my 06 w/ the jack) - I decided to just spend a couple extra bucks and get a new HU and Sirius attachment.

Hope this helps!

P.S. how about a wiring diagram for the head unit plugs in the back? and where i can locate the plug harness ?
