..TWO FREE MODs...

..TWO FREE MODs...
All the new b's want to know about all the free modifications that can be done on the XB.
These two mods are applicable to XA but not the TC.
I actually mean to say "Almost Free Mods", you need a black marker and electrical tape. White out can be used in place of white tape, but it will fade.
First, who has the battery that says AB? Mine now says XB, see....
Use white tape to cover the A, and use black tape to create an X.
Second, remove the string of white letters on the big A/C hose. Use a black marker to cover the white letters or the whole hose if you have enough ink.
This is how I have fun, cerimonial 40,000 oil change as I PUTZ around in my garage.
See the massive daisy wheel used to expell all negitive energy. Nine wire network.

...Ground Wires...
Ground Wires are sold with claims that your headlights will be brighter,
and your radio recption will be clearer. They claim better MPG's and more power.
I enjoy the warm fuzzy blue glow I get when I open the hood.
See the Do - It - Yourself thread for ground wires.

Idea stolen from another thread: turned rear seatbelt clips around. Pop each one out (you may need a coin or flat screwdriver to help) and turn it around so the free end of the clip faces to the rear. Then pop it back in the hole. It holds the seatbelt back much better that way.
And of course, an air filter.
And of course, an air filter.

You're welcome. Other than my antenna, it's my favorite mod! I usually ride with my back seats down, and it keeps the seat belts from flapping around in the wind and scratching my interior.

free mod? ok , remove shifter if you have a manual , then cut about an inch from the shift rod , then use epoxy to reattach the stock **** ,( free) or attach a new sift ****. it's the ghetto short thro shifter. i've used it in many previous cars with no short throw kits available. or just buy the rs-type one and use the two stock shifter pieces for a perfect shifter!

..WARNING ! DAMAGE MAY RESULT....
..WARNING ! BE CAREFUL 911 !if you are going to reverse your rear seat belt holders.
PRY FROM THE REAR, or closed end of the holder, besause it is shaped like this:
I don't know who stole what from who, all I know is that you should see all the photos in the 'HOW TO REVERSE REAR SEATBELT HOLDERS" that I posted and forgot that it was a free mod. HIT THIS LINK:
