Default Weird electrical issues

The other day, I did the Big 3 and now I am having weird issues with my car. its an rs4, and stuff randomly decided to stop working.
Things that work:
Headlights
Dome light
Beeping sound when the key is in with an open door
The car does start

Things that don't work:
Turn signals
Fog lights
Tail Lights
Power door locks, and the remote doesn't work
A/C and fan
Headunit
Gauges.

I'm pretty sure that's the entire list. I went through and checked out most of the fuses, both under the hood and in the car, and none were blown. Anybody else have a clue as to why nothing is working anymore?

If you look at the fuse box on the battery, I'd bet you that the ALT fuse on the back is blown. Since you have been messing with the wiring and electrics.. You may have tripped it. Its in that red box on the back of the battery. There are three back there and they are not regular looking fuses.

Check the gauge fuse under the steering wheel. Its a 10 amp fuse. It may be blown. Your tail lights are 10 amps too.

"Big 3" is an upgrade done to the wiring between the battery, alternator, and ground that makes the charging system more efficient. It replaces the tiny factory power/ground wiring in the charging system with larger gauge wiring, allowing for more current flow through the charging system. This is one of the most economical and beneficial upgrades you can do to your car, especially if you are running a decent-sized audio system with lots of current draw.
As for an answer to the dilemma, I would do as RevolutionAutomotive suggested and start check the fuses in the battery block. My guess is that one of the three is blown.
