In CA traffic cameras will increase insurance revenue. A moving violation can in turn add points to your record if you are not eligible for traffic school, in turn hiking up your monthly/yearly premium because you are more of an at-risk driver. But insurance companys are private business, not government.

Furthermore, your evidence is that of states other than CA as far as quotas go. I live in CA, not in WV, MI or AZ. I cannot and have not spoke for their police departments practices.

Those just happen to be states where officials have admitted to the corruption. You're really naive enough to think that CA is somehow magically immune to this type of behavior? If so then I'm certainly not wasting time arguing with someone who lives in their own personal version of reality.

HAhaha.

Im simply asking you to prove it here in CA.

Once again, this is coming from someone who has personal family ties to multiple law enforcement agencies here in CA all of which have confirmed the nonexistance of "QUOTAS".

Now if you're a traffic cop and your main responsibility is to enforce traffic laws and you are writing one ticket a week for traffic violations, your supervisors may take a look at what it is you're doing with the rest of the time you are on the clock. They're supposed to write tickets! But that in no means breeds existence to this idea of quotas everyone seems to love and throw around without any REAL evidence.

And if you have a problem with their responsibilty to society and the oath they took to uphold the law, don't break the law. That will ensure you have nothing to complain about. I know its easier to place blame for your citation on the officer having to meet a quota rather than fess up to the responsibilty of the fact that a law was broken by you, but be a MAN. You got caught. If you disagree with the citation, dispute it in court.

If you don't want to be messed with by the cops obey the rules of the road and ensure any modifications you may have made on your vehicle comply with your local vehicle code. Stop displacing responsibility on "quotas".
