I just said I never had a problem and mine never bent. I usually lift in the middle to put stands out at the sides.

It's so damn hard to reach the jackpoint in the front, especially with a drop.

I really like the idea of the rear jack point, but you need a pretty big jack to get the car off the ground .

[bringing this one back too]

is it even possible to utilize the front jack point? i cant fit anything under there that could reach that far under the car. unless, there is a way to slide the jack in from behind the front passenger wheel?

has anyone ever lifted it from this point?

On all of the other Toyotas I've always jacked from the rear center jack point on a rear independent suspension. Then in the front especially on a lowered car I put the jack under the front tow hooks under the bumper. The bumper is connected to the subframe and is very strong. Then I put the jack stand under the car, not on the "frame" rails (rocker panels). But the xB does not have many spots under it to put jack stands. So I think they would have to go on the frame rails. I usually use two jacks in the front at the same time. One on each side of the bumper, one under each tow hook or tie down bracket, what ever you want to call it.

I'm sure there are many places where one can jack or support the box, but if you are the unlucky one who finds the wrong spot...

All I can say is that THIS is the official drawing from Scion/Toyota for the xB...
