i got the fronts done only.

every1 one here says the stock is 20% on the back, i have also read ppl doin it lighter and darker. just lookin at the car now it looks really amazing, but lookin close up at it, u can tell its a slight difference. i'd do a search to find a better answer, so r not dissappointed

They tested my rears and said they come out to like 28%. 15% was too dark and didn't match. I went 35% and they were lighter but not enough to worry about. It will also help at night anyways. It's up to you. I'd have em redone so you can see out them at night.

i was not problem at nite. it was a lil different than normal but i didnt really mind it. my friend's old blazer had to get done at 15% even tho ever1 said they are 20% stock in the back

the tint guy said they use 15% on the xb's and i guess he woulda had ppl complain if they did not match

i'll call em on monday and see what he says

Check out my profile pics and see what 35% looks like. Unless you look Real hard, they match up real good. Also, post up some side profile pics of yours. I'd like to see how 15 % compares to the stock tint.

i really dont see it drying much lighter. and i dont think bothering them to change it to 20% will make much difference. i think i might just take it off tomorrow b4 the glue dries all the way and put on what u got and be legal and look less dumb. i have actually read on another site 35% true grey matches perfect.

hmmmm, for some reason i heard that the windows were just smoked glass? is this true? or is it actuall tint? if so, ill just have it all ripped off and have 15% done all the way around. i had 15 on my previous car and i loved it.

Legally, how big can the sunstrip be? Or does it differ state to state?

In Oregon a windshield strip can be 6" or to where the sunvisor touches the winshield.

On my xB it is like 9" tall down the sides and 4" tall in the middle, thanks to the windshield curve

Putting tint on the front windows is illegal in Pennsylvania and my next door neighbor is a state policeman. I talked to him about it and he told me not to do it.

I had mine done in Atlanta for about 65 bucks the guy put 20 percent on the front two it matches perfect. I also did another coat on the back window just to darken it up a bit more.
