Scion belongs to his wife. I like the honesty though. He does drive a Dodge Neon SRT-4. So, he'll spanks the xB silly all the time with the turbo :D

 

I own #1385 and to be honest with you, yes I would buy anouther XB without a doubt. However, I would not have purchased the Factory Driving Lights !

 

How in God's name could you compare "DODGE" with "TOYOTA"??? Are you kidding??? Dodge's are made with the parts Chrysler throws away. Everytime I see someone driving a DODGE, that's just what i do DODGE them for fear their inability to understand what reliability is will rub off on me. Only one american car that is reliable and that's a CADILLAC, sorry, I love the USA but it's true.

 

I'd def buy one and in fact i am buying another in a couple months to expand my business... i power wash houses and this car is great to tote my stuff around and more...when i get my roofrack, i'll be making more money doing bigger houses carrying ladders around, that way i can buy my second xB so i acn double my business and so forth....great on gas, incredible amount of space inside and really really comfoortable for a working vehicle.

 

It is 3 Weeks old today, the depreciation would kick my ___ If we traded it back in.
The car now has 1300 miles on it. I give them one thing, it does handle good stock.

My SRT-4 has 35,000 miles on it now and not one problem. I honestly think it will outlast this Scion.

I have run 15-18lbs of boost on my SRT since day one, and have not had a problem.
Throw a turbo on the Scion and lets see the boost it will handle with stock internals.
You can get about 530 WHP out of a SRT-4 on stock internals of the motor (2.4L)

These are two totally different cars, and in no way comparible. I never was comparing the Scion to Dodge in my post. I was just talking about their quality!

And you should Dodge everything on the road with that 108 HP especially big trucks, the windshields are made out of recycled glass bottles. I chipped our's with a CD, a plastic CD! Talk about cheap! I can break the CD on the windshield of my DODGE.
Maybe that is why these cars are so cheap.

BTW- My wife liked the car and the color and that is the only reason we still have it. She needs to live with it for a Year or Two.

 

No I wouldnt buy one again, and I didnt. I totaled my xB last year going less than 35mph and airbags didnt deploy(want to see the pic?). I loved the xB but now I own a ep3 (02+ civic si).

I would like to find out how these things do in a crash seeing that my son and wife ride in it everyday. I know I wouldn't want to be in a accident in my SRT because the airbags usually never come out in a accident.
Im just wondering how well this does.

no i wouldnt. performance became a big issue for me. I thought i could live with its 108 hp but after a while it was unbearable for me. if i could do it all over i would of got something else. just my opinion.

The car costs 13-14,000. A Dodge Neon retails for $21,000!
