With the rear seats folded down, does the Xb have more cargo room than a Matrix?

 

Yea it does, Its alot wider than a Matrix, though the matrix has the plastic. PLus theres more roof room in an XB

 

We took the xB camping a while ago and I was SHOCKED at how much stuff it held. Our son had to sit in the back, so we only folded down the bigger half of the back seat. We still got everything in there (and we have a LOT of camping equipment).

 

i have an xB and a matrix. i use my matrix to haul my DJ stuff on a weekly basis. the matrix will have more cargo room. it is also wider and has a totally flat folding rear seats. if you want more room, fold the front seat forward and it will fold flat also.

 

With the rear seats folded flat, the xB has roughly the same amount of room as an Explorer does (45.1 cubic feet) from behind its second row of seats to the liftgate.

 

anybody else notice that if u take the headrests off of the front and back seats, and u fold down the back seats, and recline the front seats...u get a nice surface for fuuuuuccc...I mean..a nice flat area
