I was searching ebay and saw the box listed below for sale.. The only thing that confuses me is in the second picture the shifter looks like he replaced it with something off a Mack 18 wheeler.. that that thing a shifter or something else?

Yeah that looks like a shifter. Got the idea from that 1 Viva La Bam ep, where they did somthing like that to Bams mothers PT.

 

Oh my, those rims and graphics are atrocious.
