I bet the demand for first gens will high again..Dam should have held on a little longer

 

The xB was axed when they went to the so-called 2nd Gen. Scion as a brand is on the ropes and their new lead will be a poor man's Maserati.

Love my real xB...

They should go back to the Gen1 design but this time fix the naggy flaws so many people had to contend with.... Like rear "garnish" handles that break off when properly used....and Windows that rattle when neither up or down....

 

i was sad when they quit making the xA that got replaced by a dodge caliber look-a-like

 

No question the so-called Toyota quality was/ is lacking.

Hatch handle (had mine fixed under warranty)
Windshield
Door actuators
Tires
Rattling windows
Paint issues

In spite of the above, still love mine.

 

Sad to see the model fully dead, but the Gen1 has been dead in my eyes since they brought out the troll G2... oh well, glad to still be hauling the toaster around and will keep it till it croaks.


...that or until it's worth enough to make it a juicy sale.
