Looks like the guy took a HIN Hot Wheel and added a key chain to it. You could make your own for cheaper than that.

Yeah, I bought that hotwheel for $4.99 at my work. you can add a key chain to it for $.99.

that auction is about $19.99 too much! Besides, I wouldnt want that heavy hotwheel hanging from my ignition...
