I would recommend 17s if you are going to be using your car to commute. The ride is so much better. Plus you run less risk of bending your wheels w/ 17s due to the thicker sidewall, and its road absorption. Less sidewall, less absorption.

Granted 18s look better, IMHO, but 17s look just as good also.
squirrel, is your xB lowered at all?

I just saw a PW xB yesterday here in the Oviedo, FL area that had the rims that are almost identical to the ones I have seen on two different scale models of the xB. They look to be 15" and still have the stock size tires or maybe next size up. Nice looking multi spoke design with a nice shallow "S" curve. Anyone know where they are available???

I have 18's. They look great and I get a lot of compliments. However, they are very high maintenance - so beware. Good looks come at a price - oh well!

imo, the xB is too big for 15/16/17's.......even 18's look kind of small on it.

17's!!!!!!!! all the way. Only reason more tire=smoother ride.

here is a pic of mine on 17's with 215/40r17's




Plus I also have the Tein S-techs on.
