I don't think you wanna have an xB labeled anything to do with 'sport'. That has gotta raise your rates.

The one time I went to a car wash, I got the same thing. I showed them my PA Vehicle Registration, which says "Type: SW (station wagon)" right on it. No further arguments.

I'm in a wheelchair and can still wash vehicles. Well, I can't wash/wax the top. It's funny to see people with puzzed looks on thier faces. It's as if they are thinking, "Wait, stop that! Have you no respect for your disability?"

well...like I said...I was going to E-mail Scion...and I did...and in response to my question "what is the official designation given to the scion xB?" (I said it in a lot more words, but thats the jist of it) Scion Responded...

Thank you for contacting Scion.

We appreciate your interest in Scion. The xB is classified as a "wagon."

I think we should call the xB a UUV

Urban
Utility
Vehicle

I stood in line for like a half an hour waiting for them to decide what to call my xB at the DPS down here in Texas, I showed them my registration from Idaho that called it a wagon, and they still insisted on calling it a 4-dr car, even after I told them that the hatch qualified as a door. Whatever.

I found somethin interestin. We should call em MPV's like the site here says. Er, they dont specifically say it, but it fits their designation pretty well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Car_cla...ion#Small_MPVs

*edited to improve comprehension* (i have bad grammar)

Default super micro machine

I like the UUV...must be my military backround. But wouldn't it make more sense to designate it a "microvan"...as more models of this size/type configuration are proliferated throughout the world and making their way to the US? Microvan could be the new symbol for special low registration and insurance costs around the country!

Yes, a 'two box' design - a small one and a large one - box-BOX - bB...
