ick, just ick.

With everything you've done to your car thus far, you've got the makings of a nice ride. why cluttter it up?

Don't turn a nice ride into a ricer.

If Toyota wanted that info on the outside, they would have put it there.
(Everybody knows it's VVT-i, and most imports have some sort of variable valve timing now anyway...
it's not all that special anymore.)

Age is no excuse (and not needed); anybody who can do butterknife mods has my respect. Stickers ONLY belong on a car if you are sponsored by the company providing you with parts or financial assistance; remember, the stickers came about on race cars because they were sponsored by the companies that provided parts and support for them. If you're not getting free parts or $$ from a company, their stickers don't belong on your car, even if you have put their parts on yourself. If they don't have to supply anything for advertising, they'll stop supplying.

WINNAR!!!! I have a stack of stickers I haven't put on my car because I paid for their product, but they don't pay me for advertisement...

And butterknife mods are cool and all, but I don't know... I appreciate larger modifications more. Like shaving, custom paint, hydraulics, bags, etc. The BIG stuff. Lol!

Nothing drives me nuts more than seeing a full on show car with a hundred dollar subwoofer.

aight ya i feel you guys. considering i do the same thing. i never sponsor a company i dj for anything unless they pay me. (cept scion itself) i think i'll pass on those stickers for now. unless i get paid for it. still thinking about a SL sticker and a mobile boom box one....any hate on those i should be aware of?

Since you have a dark colored car, the overlay on the reverse light would look nice. I had considered that when I tinted my tails, but on a Classic Silver, it would make that rev light stick out like a sore thumb, so I left it clear. I'm not cazy with the selection of overlays they offer, maybe see if Bat can cut you one a little blacker?

As for the SL and the boom box sticker. to each their own. I have my Scion Apocalypse decals. Others have their respective car club decals (gotta rep ya know?)

thats pretty snazzy. imma see if blue bat can make me a tail light overlay in blue. it would still light red. but it would match the other overlays on front and mirror turns. then again it might look sick just to have it look so ruby

Have you taken a close look at the texture of the stock tail light lenses?
All those little flat circles... good luck with an overlay.
