Default Cheapest spot for the rs 6.0 grille?

http://www.scion.com/rsxb/

The blacked out grille is what I want. Anyone know where I can get it cheapest?

Do you have an RS6.0? No Toyota/Scion dealer will sell you one without your VIN number proving you have an RS6.0 and even then, expect the price to be ridiculously high.

There's a slim chance you might be to find an RS6.0 owner that has "upgraded" to an aftermarket grill and would be willing to sell you their RS6.0 grill. Try placing a WTB listing in the PPC section to see if you get any nibbles.

Buy the upgrade scion grille, paint it black, save alot of $$$. Anything RS is going to be crazy expensive and hard to get.

Let us know what Toyota/Scion quotes you for a price.

Haven't heard of this one? Do you have a link to the recall notice?

That's not the RS6.0 grill.

"SOUTHEAST TOYOTA IS RECALLING 67 MY 2008-2009 SCION XB VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH THE SPORTS GRILL OPTION AND ALSO SEVERAL RADIATOR GRILLS SOLD AS PARTS.... THE RECALL BEGAN ON OCTOBER 6, 2008."

The RS6.0 wasn't even announced until January 7. 2009 and didn't even hit the showrooms until sometime in February or March.

You need to go back and read that thread more carefully. There's a specific reason for the problem and it doesn't arise with any of the OE grills, just the aftermarket. If you don't understand what it's all about, you're just going to scare people by mentioning it.

Bringing this one back from the dead...

Were you ever able to find the RS6.0 grille?
