is it somewhere along the lines of lefty loosey, righty tighty?

and if you already made a thread about this, why don't post up the solution for the next person who searches for this answer?

haha yeah good point. yeah pretty much it was lefty loosey, righty tighty. this was the first time ive ever tried to take off the antenna. but it was pretty easy.

1. open rear hatch
2. remove 3 clips from the head liner ( i used a pair of needle nose pliars)
3. pull the corner of the body pannel from both left and right side.
4. slightly pull the headliner down so that you can fit your hands under it.
5. take a look in and youll see under the antenna a singel nut about 19mm with a wire coming out of it
6. loosen and take off that nut.
7. carefully remove a little more of the pass side pannel
8. follow the wire coming from the antenna (itll move towords the pass side). and remove them from the clips that hold it in place.
9. about 3' down there are 2 connectors at the end of the wire. push the clip in and pull the connectors apart.
10. go to the top of the roof and just pull that sucker out

also, it makes more sense to post it up here instead of answering a PM every other day typing the same thing over and over again.
