Overhead console removal

Here's the install instructions. Removal will obviously be the reverse.

I guess I could assume it doesn't matter where I pry, since Toyota doesn't specify where to pry in those instructions. Maybe I should try it before the microphone arrives so if I break it , the new one will be on it's way.
Ok I pried it, mostly from the back side. It has some very sturdy metal tension clips.. I was expecting plastic , and easily breakable, connectors. I easily snapped it back in place. Thanks for you help.

Thanks, but it doesn't really tell me where to pry the overhead microphone cover / overhead light. The reinstall is part of the new larger console installation, which I am not getting.

Ah, you meant the map light panel. Yeah, that just snaps off with some pulling, as you discovered.
