which method did you use to do the black headlights?

what do you mean?

i peeled them apart and sprayed the housing. i used a flat black this time. i think im gonna redo it and use a semi flat or a semi gloss like last time

i meant which heat procedure did you use. Im doing mine on sunday and just curious which worked best for you.

hey sorry for the late reply but if you didnt do it yet. what i did was took the head light off the car put it in the oven at 250 for 7 mins. sprayed, let dry reassem. back into the oven at 250 for 5 mins and presses everything down for a good seal

What are the specs on your Tenzo wheels (width & offset) and what size tires?

I think you had spacers on the rears of your last xB (if so, thickness?), any this time?

im running 18x8 et45 no spacers on it yet soon. but my last one was (driver side) 15mm spacer and (pass side) 20 mm spacer. i took a look a look at it and it look like itll be the same. the driver side appears to come out just a lil bit. but i wont know until i put them on.

Would you be so kind as to share where you scored the overlays for the fogs? That is a sweet mod. I did a search, but I'm not seeing overlays for xB fogs anywhere. Does the heat from the bulbs cause any problems? You have a very nice ride!

My brother has a bunch of it he was gonna do his headlights but I ended up just taking it from him cause he was taking to long. He got it at some vinyl warehouse but you can get it off ebay. It wasn't an xb fog kit overlay. No problems with heat and this will be our 5th car with it

just 2 questions

1. Is the same xb, the dealer just painted(sorry if is a dumb question)
2. why different spacers in ths passenger side and the driver side??

1. New xB, first one burned and totaled.
2. The rear axle is offset a little bit toward the driver side on the xB2.
