Dude, you're going to have to be more descriptive. What is a PLV-7, and what are you expecting to have updated? What kind of audio show are you referring to? And since these events usually refer to personal attendance, perhaps adding your location may help someone steer you towards a source for such events. Don't assume we know what you're talking about.

I had a PLV-7 it was great, but man that thing was heavy. My amp blew out and alpine didnt have any in stock at the time, so they offered me two plv-5's as a repalcement. Which is a huge come up. But i have one for sale if your intrested.

Well id honestly say the PLV-7's actually hit pretty damn hard, i didn't really get a chance to fine tune it, but id say they did hit like 2 12's. But man, that thing was heavy! I had alignment issues because it was sooo heavy. I have some df210's installed and it made my rear wheels tuck inward. With the PLV-5 its half the power, but wow surprising the foot space it takes up, which is half of the already compact plv7, it sounds amazing.
