Default Reviews on the Scion Optomize program

For those who own the new Five Axis lip kit, I'm just curious as to how easy it was to order it, I've noticed that many dealers don't know about the Optomize program, or don't even know how to order the kits themselves, so I'm just curious as it if any of you guys had difficulty with the Scion Optomize program. Please post up your experiences and reviews, thanks!

The people at optomize are on the ball... but yes, the dealer's parts guys are not quite there yet. Best to get to know one by name and do the face to face. They have the literature and info they need... it's just not the normal plugs and wires their use to.

Can you finance the stuff from Optimize when purchasing a new Scion?

I was told at my dealership that certain parts like the supercharger on the tC could not be bundled into the financing. But they did put my 18" wheels and rear spoiler in the payments.

Personally my dealership doesn't seem to know much at all about scions. To them it seems Scion is just a couple plasma screens that needed to take up a corner of the sales floor. They are pretty clueless.

Last month when I first visited the showroom, it seemed at first the optomize program wasn't part of their service at the time. But when I finished my paperwork after picking up my car a couple of days ago, I was able to order the 5axis kit along with financing. It seemed easy enough. I'm sure as time goes all Scion dealerships will be familiar with the program eventually.

I have the 5-axis lip kit on a 2008 xB on my showroom. My parts dept was able to order it and I had it installed at a company locally. Looks great. The parts were billed directly
