I have tinted my tail lights, turn signals, and back-up light, now my daughter wants hers done too. My XB is less than a year old, so I haven't had to have it inspected (NY) yet with everything tinted. Has anyone had problems with a NYS inspection because of their lights being tinted?

On - Yes
Off - You can see a slight hint of red (as seen in the picture)

 

lol sry...lights on..its the law that they must see red at 200 ft..those will be fine here are my old ones and i pasted every year

 

depending on what shop you go to,some will pass you, others will fail you just for having tinted tail lights,i had similar tail lights as tcnoob and mine passed,but i knew the gie so that might of had something to do with it

 

what about head lights ?

Tails and turns are sprayed (Nite-Shades) and the BU light is vinyl overlay.

 

BU light is an overlay... Man it looks good!

Where did you get it?

I had my Turns done and it came out to dark, no light was seen lol ended up trading with a friend ..

 

I bought the dark gray one.

Mine turned out dark too, so I installed brighter LED's and it helped. They still aren't as bright as OEM, but they work!
