I'd be interested in just the black middle portion. Although I have a black 08 XB with a $500 3M clear film installed, I accidentally tore the front middle portion when I closed the garage door on it. Rather than having them fix the damage area, it might be cool to cover it with a flat black vinyl instead. Let me know.

I actually was farting around with silver vinyl for the overlay on my Nautical Blue. With the billet grills top and bottom and the silver middle, I thought it might stand out from the rest.

Do you offer in other than black or should I carry on with my silver one?

Bat,

I bought the xB2 overlay from you in San Diego last week. I still haven't had a chance to put it on yet, but your price was definitely a bargain! I just visited Stevens Creek Scion, and they had put a vinyl overlay on a silver xB2 bumper, so I looked at the sticker price - $195!

However, I did notice they had cut the vinyl around where the two box popouts are on the front bumper. I would imagine that's a good idea, since otherwise moisture could get under the overlay through those popout seams. Other than that though, they were somewhat careless about cutting the overlay to fit; not good on a showroom car.

As soon as it's sunny again, I'll get my overlay on and get pics for you.

Thanks again!

Tim

has anyone tried a silver overlay on a darker color bcm, nbm, or bsp? I don't think I would do it since I like a simple clean look, but still think it might look good

Hey Tim, you can always make teh cut once the Overlay is set. You should be ok though, with a hairdryer you should be able to seal up the seam pretty good .

I have a car coming down this Sunday to get that kit installed, I should have pics eraly next week. Oh, I'll go ahead and make the front lip Overlay for you guys as well while the car is down here .

Tim, email me the pics once you apply it
