Ive noticed every morning when I leave to work my right license plate bulb does not illuminate. If I BARELY tap the cover it turns on though... Simple bulb swap or possible short? Anyone else having this issue? Original bulbs btw never been touched.

 

maybe the bulb is loose and not making contact. only way to know for sure is to pop off the hatch cover and check.

 

Yeah, it could've gotten loose. I believe it's a wedge base bulb too.

 

The bulb may also be bad. Your tapping it brings the two filament ends together, lighting it.
