There's probably a good spot on the DS too but on the PS there is an existing wiring grommet behind the glove box that works well. The grommet has a "nipple" on it. Cut the end of the nipple off and push your wires through. To get access, squeeze the sides of the glove box inward to release it and remove the damper and glove box.

It's almost certainly easier to just use the oem fog light wiring harness and relay though. There are many threads about it.

Yes, thank you! That was definitely helpful. excuse my ignorance, but what does DS & PS stand for?

Do you mean I could simply get a set of bulbs & switch, then just work w/ whatever wirings came with the car? Perhaps a link, if it's not too much trouble, pls??

Thanks again!

DS: Driver Side, PS: Passenger Side

Yes, you can use the existing oem fog lite wiring harness and relay for any fog lites. The oem connectors fit H11/H8/H9 bulbs (maybe more) but you could simply splice your own into the oem wires. Same for the switch. The switch harness is behind the panel below the steering wheel. Pull the panel off, look up and the harness is taped up there. Just splice your switch into it. White is +12v to the fog lite relay, gray is ground and the green wire on the outside of the oem connector is +12v from the headlite circuit. The other green wire is for switch illumination(?). Install your switch into one of the panel blanks and you're all set.

These instructions for the oem fogs should help:

Good luck.

Thanks a lot again man! This makes it a lot less frustrating.

I think I'm gonna attempt to find the wiring with minimal removal of the suggested parts. You think it'll be possible to do that? Like just trying to reach for the harnesses.. removing the tape to unravel them, and then connecting my aftermarket bulbs.. then I'll just follow the dash removal and switch installation portion, and all done, right?

Thanks Again!

You're welcome. It would probably be a lot easier to mount the fogs if you remove the front bumper cover but I suppose you might manage a fog light install by just removing the plastic tray underneath. Good luck.
