Hello,

I'm looking for a good sounding Axleback for my 2009 xB. I don't want nothing to expensive. I don't really care about getting more HP's I just want it to sound better than stock.

Are any of the eBay Axlebacks decent and sound good and not to ricey?

 

Knew a guy running an HKS axleback on his '12 that sounded decent. Not sure what you are looking at on eBay but I'm sure it's not worth it.......found this one on Fast Scions

Any exhaust, eBay or not, will sound much better than stock. There isn't much too exhaust. Just look for good bends. Anything that opens it up a bit more is worth it. Obviously everyone is on a budget, but if you can afford it, go with a name brand for that they are much better quality with long lasting materials and great bends with great sound, and years and years of R&D to perfect it.

 

Thanks for the replies. I don't have a huge budget right now, as I'm fixing my house up. I that's why I was asking about the eBay axlebacks. I have also been on the search for a used one.

 

There will be plenty for sale on the forum. Plus, like I said, that axel back from eBay will be a nicer sound for you because it will open it up a bit more. You can't really go wrong. Most axel backs all sound the same and just eliminate the suitcase muffler. Sound really start changing when you go with a cat-back.
