Installed CAI..I'm having the CEL, TC, VSC Light on my dash..
I'm having the CEL, TC, VSC Light on my dash in my 2010. Any recommendations to fix the issue? I took the MAF off and cleaned it with MAF cleaner. The Codes keep coming back.
I'm wondering if I should try the neg battery terminal again. I know on older models you'd take it off for something like an hour or 2 but I don't remember how long it was off. I'm at a loss.

Usually it because the MAF is not fully seated and/or sealing properly and you're getting un-metered air going into the engine. Also check to make sure your coupler hose between the CAI tube and the throttle body are tight and sealed. Basically make sure there are no air leaks after the MAF. Also have the codes pulled to make sure you are getting a MAF code and it's not something else completely unrelated.

My codes read MAFS
That's not a code. It should be something like P0171, which is the code for a dirty or faulty MAF sensor. If it is that then you look for leaks at or after the MAF sensor or clean and/or replace the MAF. If it's a different code then something else is happening.
Like Greg S says, that's not the Codes.

"Installed CAI..I'm having the CEL, TC, VSC Light on my dash".
1. Recommend, that you Remove your CAI and re-install the stock Intake to see if your Problem Code goes away.
You would Not be the 1st person to Install a CAI and have Compatibility problems and MAF Codes as a result.
Then do a ECU Reset by taking off your (-) Negative Battery Cable for 15 minutes.
2. If you still have the Problem after Re-Installing the stock Intake, I suggest you do as AutoZone Recommends:
"ASE certified Master Technicians have seen this Issue on your type of vehicle and the most likely solution is:
Replace Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor".
That means Replace your MAF Sensor with a New OEM MAF Sensor, not just trying to clean the old one,
which could be 5-10 years old.

OK, while it could be a bad MAF like MR LUV said you can also get that code from wildly inaccurate air flow in the intake. I managed to get mine to do that with a really beautiful intake I built that absolutely sucked for air flow.
As he suggested put the stock intake back on, clear the code and see if it stays gone. If so then something was wrong with the CAI install or the product.
Also post up picture of the CAI installed so we can see if there is anything blatantly wrong with it.

The air intake was a gift so its not super expensive but they told me they spent $80 on it.
Mine is 3" and I have no codes from it. If you've changed the MAF sensor and the problem is still there then i really believe you've got an air leak somewhere after the MAF and it's letting un-metered air into the engine.
I went through and readjusted the fitting and clamps. I think the only place i could be having a real issue is with the vacuum line on the valve cover but i can't be certain.
