We just completed an installation on an automatic xB2 (TRD s/c). It's nice, but it's definitely not the same as having the manual one.

s mode isn't the s mode like in the beemers or anything. all it does is tell your tranny the highest gear your allowed to be in at that given moment. so it doesnt really make a difference. i only use it for downshifting. but also keep in mind that the tranny is only good for about 230 at the wheels. you can very easily make much more than that but your tanny wont hold the power between shifts. so you have to take your foot completely off the gas, blow off and loose all boost for it to shift with more power. its like driving a manual like a granny. however if you do want more than 230 at the wheels there is a shift kit, valve body upgrade, and torque converter out for our cars. i have the boost and the power i'm just waiting on the fundage for the tranny.

p.s. if you dont want to do any tranny work, the treadstone kit makes 230 at the wheels on an automatic.
