I recently purchased a 2014 xB and the person who sold it had thrown an older Pioneer unit from one of the first gen xB's. I'm trying to sort out the wires inside the dash and not sure what this mystery 8 pin connector is with the cluster of other radio cables. Currently compiling a parts list to install my aftermarket head unit that I had in my '05.

Could anyone help identify this wire?

 

Possibly for the steering wheel controls, SAT radio harness or USB port. Doesn't really matter as you won't need it for an aftermarket unit. The plugs you already have shown and the antenna are all you need unless you are also trying to hook up a steering wheel control adapter harness.

 

If you grab the iDatalink Maestro connection setup it will connect to all the necessary wires + you get some cool features if you have a touch screen.
