None of my xB doors will lock or unlock..
I have been dealing with this issue for sometime now. None of the 4 doors will lock or unlock when pressing door lock buttons inside the car or with the remote. We have to manually lock and unlock the doors.
I had 3 power door lock actuators replaced under warranty years ago. But I'm thinking this isn't actuators this time because it affects ALL doors.
Intermittently, it will be extremely difficult to lock the driver door manually.
I can hear the relay when I press the lock/unlock switch inside the car.
Any guesses as to what the issue is? Relay? Motor?

It is not related to the key remote battery. This issue has been ongoing for years now and I have replaced the key battery as needed.

Mostly inside the vehicle. May be one or two under the hood.
You likely have a "DOOR" fuse (inside the vehicle) in addition to other circuits. Sorry, I don't have vehicle specific docs.
Here's a few suggestions to narrow the search. Some fuses, like your ALT fuse are obviously fine but this gives an idea of how many circuits may affect your locks.
ECU-IG Door Lock Control
MET-IG2 Back Door Opener
ECU-B Door Lock Control
HORN Wireless Door Lock Control
MAIN Wireless Door Lock Control
ALT Wireless Door Lock Control

UPDATE:
I replaced the following fuses inside the car and it did NOT resolve the issue. Still no doors lock or unlock electronically.
19 FR DOOR (20A)
20 RL DOOR (20A)
21 RR DOOR (20A)
Should I also replace 11 DOOR (25A)?
Thinking about how sometimes the door is very difficult to lock and unlock manually, could that be a sign of a frozen motor inside the door?

Pretty sure the driver's door lock is the master control. If it is not locking or unlocking properly the other doors will follow. I've attached the door lock control schematic below. It might help you test things out.

do you have multimeter?
Measure for power going to each door-lock motor, starting with driver's door. As mentioned, if your driver door isn't getting power, none of others will.
You've got diagram now.
1. Trace flow of power going into switches. Make sure supply power is present on appropriate wires.
2. measure power leaving switches on proper terminals when switches are activated one way or other. If power goes in, but doesn't come out, switch may be defective.
3. If switches send out power, test connector at motors to make sure power actually reaches motor.
