I was looking at crutchfield and came across this...

it should, you will just have to tap into the speaker wires. Or you could just get an amp with speaker level inputs and forget the whole LOC all together

That is the exact same unit as I picked up at Fry's. Just installed it with my SNS last weekend and it sounds great.

LF +/- pink - purple
RF +/- lt green - blue
LR +/- black - yellow
RR +/- red - white

I found a PDF online somewhere, but can't seem to find it again. Maybe youll have better luck. But basically, I think this is the same color codes and locations that Toyota has used in everything since 1987.
