Give 'er a whirl. Should make a decent difference. I'd just be iffy about not having a resistor.

The 3 pack LED's that I put in my HVAC ***** are all dying. So I think I'll just retrofit 5mm LED's with resistors in there.
Or, I could just get the neowedge ones like everyone else has got. Lol!

Dude... sorry to hear about your HVAC bulbs going south...

I know youdid alot of work getting those puzzled into the socket holes & such...
dammn shame....

You know someone posted in the HVAC thread...... that the link where most of us got our neo-wedge

NOW has NEW ONES that are 30% brighter....
& they have posted that they DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!

So if you decide to go with those.. (new ones) pig me up 3 of em & I'll pay ya......

The 30% brighter neo wedges are well worth it. Also the guy who did my led swap used a regular 5mm led to light the auto window switch and it works fine. Just make sure to trim the legs down.

That blue is awesome, has anyone ever figured out how to do this mod but with multi color option like a switch?
