best box for my subs
i know this question has been asked 1000 times but I'ma dummy lol! Anyways I have two Alpine Type R 1042 (4 ohm) and was wondering what box to get. Also wondering on speakers amps ect. I'm def a noob when it comes to audio and sounds like you guys have it on lock.. If theres a better place to post this question (another website) I'd be down i jus want the best sound from my set up. Willing to spend money within reason! thanks in advance to all MoRRi$

Prefab boxes kinda suck. Okay, they really suck. If you want the most output, hit up www.hexibase.com. The guy can build you a box that will be perfect for your car and your sub and amp combination.
I'd say maybe a 1000 watt RMS amp would be fine for those subs.
