Bluetooth whine?

Bluetooth whine?
So I have a 2010 XB with the upgraded Alpine stereo and bluetooth from the dealer.
The person you're talking to can hear a whine when the engine revs (generally known as alternator whine). Anyone have any experience with this? The dealer has replaced the bluetooth and is about to replace the stereo, but I don't expect it to fix it. We used to fix this by adding a capacitor to the power supply. Haven't tried that yet as I want the dealer to fix it - not me.
Anyway, wondering if anyone has any experience with this? I didn't happen with the stock stereo.
