Default A/c question

Hi everyone. My 2010 xb's ac is acting weird. Sometimes I start the car when it's very hot to cool the car down and the AC blows warm air. The rpms raise slightly and cooling fans do come on. Ive checked the low and high side refrigerant pressure is 35 low and 175 high at idle and outside temperature of 65f. Once I start to drive a bit the AC runs cold and works ok. Any idea what could be wrong and an anyone tell me the manufacturers spec for the pressures. Thank you

My 2012 does the same thing and I haven't fixed it yet.
Someone on here had the same problem and a compressor replacement eventually fixed the issue.
It has something to do with the swashplate not working. There are wires and a switch that you can check, but that's about it.
