Default Cleaning the interior.

Hi, I'm sorry if this belongs anywhere else, but I tried cleaning some of my interior with Vinylex yesterday but it didn't really look that good so I just used a wet towel to clean it, but is there any way I can _really_ clean it instead of just using a wet towel? Also, what do you guys use for the cloth seats? Just trying to get some opinions on the best ways to keep my xB clean. Thanks in advance.

Default cleaning inside

I use some simple green. seems to do the job very well. After that use your armorall or the product you like. Just an idea hope it helps.

I use Meguire's Quick Detail wipes to wipe down the dash and door panels. They leave no residue and smell really good. As far as the seats, floor and mats I use a vacuum. If you beat the seats with your hand you'll see dust fly off and you can leave the vacuum on to suck it up. After that I use the vacuum's attachments to get into corners and finish off the seats. I also keep a "My Shaldan" air freshener in one of the rear door cupholders. I got 4 for $10 from one of the local Asian markets. I like the squash and apple scents.

Yes, if you use the detail wipes (or probably any wipes) on the dashboard, the sandpaper-like texture of the top of the dash will shred the wipes a bit and leave some lint behind. I actually only use the wipes on the door panels and the front area of the dash. I use a wet chamois for the top of the dash. I forgot to mention that.
