D3 and Steering Wheel Control

Right now when I use the up or down (not the volume) on the steering wheel it only changes the radio frequency. Is there a way to get it to go through the presets?

Yes there is. I don't know how, but it has to do when setting the PAC up.

not sure what the D3 means.. but here's what my up/down buttons do...:
while in Am/FM mode... a quick hit of either up/down button the radio changes to the next pre-set station.
When I hold down on either up/down button the radio goes to the next radio station it finds... either pre-set or not!
Now in CD mode... hitting either up/down button changes tracks playing. Holding them down does the same thing..
that's it....
